THERE will be 21 new "enterprise zones" the Chancellor said today, 11 more than expected. They will offer tax breaks and deregulation on top of super-fast internet connections to help firms grow. Businesses operating within these zones will benefit from 100% rate reductions up to [pounds sterling]275,000 over a five-year period. The zones will be in cities including London, Birmingham, Sheffield and Leeds.
